He has broad range of recognized capabilities including supervise the subordinates in relation to the activities of lead manager, bookrunner and placing agent; to oversee the daily settlement and operations of the stock brokerage business; to review and comment the circulars, announcements and prospectus for listed and listing companies and to review and evaluate reports from other professional parties in relation to asset management and monitor the portfolio in compliance with the investment guideline.
